Elevator Constructors Apprenticeship Opportunities - Southern California
Veterans that have been discharged for less than 5 years with a DD214 w/ Honorable Discharge are eligible to get added to a separate, veteran-only, entrance exam test list. NEIEP’S curriculum is available to some 30,000 industry members across the US covered by the agreement between Signatory Contractors and the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC).

Requirements
New Apprentices serve a 12-month probationary period. During the first six months, they are required to successfully complete a probationary training course provided by NEIEP (NH002). All organized Apprentices are also required to complete NH002. Probationary Apprentices who have not completed NH002 are not eligible to attend RC semester training.
