TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPT, RESOURCES DEPT TRAINING and ADMIN (Code 900T) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.


  • You will conduct need assessments and task analyses to determine learning objectives.
  • You will prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives.
  • You will be responsible for improving and modifying the training for assigned courses.
  • You will conduct training and assess progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advising and assisting them to improve their performance.
  • You will prepare and maintain training records, progress reports, qualifications and other documentation as required to certify worker qualifications for audit and historical purposes.
  • You will develop and administer written and practical examinations.

Requirements
