Message BodyUpdated Job requirements for this role:Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and duties to include:Under general supervision, perform maintenance tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry in support of Property Management activities.Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the corporate aircraftEnsure aircraft supplies are replenished and inventory keptAssist Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance TechniciansMaintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the departmental and executive vehiclesEnsure all aircraft are properly stocked for all flightsAssists in installing, servicing, and repairing of equipment related to Property Management.Completes plant maintenance documents, maintains tools and equipment, and performs clean-up and housekeeping tasks as required.Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures.RequirementsSkills are typically acquired through 2-5 years experience in trade.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
