Underwriter Support Specialist
Peak Performers has partnered with a workers compensation insurance company to assist in their search for a temporary Underwriter Support Specialist in Austin, Tx. In this position, you will be responsible for helping with a backlog of items to be cleared prior to a major upcoming system implementation.
Major Duties
- Enter and maintain accurate policyholder and agent records, completing transactions within established time and quality standards.
- Review requests, identify necessary actions, and consult internal resources to locate and update missing information in company systems.Generate and distribute standard underwriting reports, such as loss run data, as requested by management, underwriting staff, policyholders, and agents.
What are we looking for?
- Have a high school diploma.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in data entry, clerical, customer service, or insurance experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Can type at least 35 words per minute.

- Rate: $21.63-$22.98/hour
- W2 Contract
